Blagoevgrad Province (also known as Blagoevgrad Region) is one of the 28 provinces in Bulgaria. Its administrative center is the city of Blagoevgrad. The postal codes of the settlements in Blagoevgrad Province range from 2700 (for Blagoevgrad) to 2999. Its vehicle registration code is E. The province is located in the southwestern part of Bulgaria and largely coincides with the geographical region of Pirin Macedonia. With an area of 6,449.5 km², it is the third largest province in Bulgaria and has a population of 292,227 people according to the 2021 census.

To the north, the province borders Kyustendil Province and Sofia Province; to the east, Pazardzhik Province and Smolyan Province; to the south, Greece; and to the west, North Macedonia.

Blagoevgrad Province includes entirely or partially the mountains of Pirin, Rila, Rhodope, Vlahina, Maleshevo, Ograzhden, Belasitsa, Slavyanka, and Stargach, as well as two of Bulgaria's three national parks and 40% of the country's mineral water springs. The province is also the second largest in terms of forested areas.

The mountains and extensive forests, the absence of industrial pollution, the warm mineral springs, and the rich cultural and historical heritage make this province one of the most suitable in Bulgaria for the development of various types of tourism.
