The Kurtpashova Tower is located in the western part of the central square "Hristo Botev" in Vratsa and fits in the ensemble of the Historical Museum, the Dramatic Theater and the Art Gallery.

With its original silhouette, despite its small size (a square of 5.90 m and 11 m high), the tower creates the impression of a medieval castle. It is one of several similar towers that existed during Ottoman times. It is used as a fortified home of a local feudal lord.
