Svoge

Svoge

Svoge is a town in Western Bulgaria. It is located in the Sofia region and is 42 km north of Sofia. The town is the administrative center of the municipality of Svoge.

The town is located in the Iskar Gorge at the mouth of Iskretska River (Iskrets). At this place the boundaries of three mountains are collected: Mala Mountain, Golema Mountain and Ponor.
