St. John Aliuturgetos or St. John the Unveiled is an Orthodox Church in Nessebar, Bulgaria. It is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the hundred national tourist sites.
The church was built in the 13th and 14th centuries and has dimensions of 18.5 x 10.25 m. It was severely affected by the Chirpan earthquake in 1913, but it did not function before. According to the legend, the church is not altogether sanctified (hence the name "althurgetos" is "unveiled" in Greek), because one of the workers died during the construction.
Meanwhile, according to some sources, ministration is performed in the church.
