The Thracian submigral temple at Chetinyova mound (known as the Thracian cult complex Starosel) is the largest ancient architecture of this type in Southeastern Europe.

The submerged facility is located near the village of Starosel (Hissarya) and was discovered by Dr. Georgi Kitov along with the whole cult complex of ancient Thracian tombs and temples. The site is among the 100 National Tourist Sites.

The tomb, together with the adjacent cult complex of ancient Thracian tombs and temples, are located in the central part of the Municipality of Hissarya, under the southern slopes of Real Sredna gora (Real Middle Forest).

The average altitude of the region is 300 m nm. The relief of the region is formed by the soft slopes of Sredna Gora, which gradually passes in the Upper Thracian Plain to the south.
